Danielle DugginsGraduate Student, Materials Science and Engineering

Danielle is a PhD student in Materials Science & Engineering at Northwestern and joined the Center for Scientific Studies in the Arts in August 2017. Her research is focused on coupling optical coherence tomography and hyperspectral measurements for the identification of paint pigments. She received her BS in Physics from Gordon College in 2012 and worked as an electro-optical intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Tewksbury, MA) and as a scientist at Glassimetal Technology (Pasadena, CA) before starting her PhD at Northwestern.
